Gunn’s Hill Handeck cheese is a hand crafted washed rind, pasturised cow’s milk cheese that is produced using the same methods as a typical Swiss mountain style cheese. This firm cheese is washed in Beau’s Lager. It is delicately aged on cedar wood planks adding robust flavors to the cheese. It is a drier hard cheese with very rich and complex flavors and nutty overtones. Aged in-house for 2 years.
